The app is awesome. also the customer care is perfect. I couldn't understand how it worked at the beginning. then I asked on the live chat. "Ceren" answered all of my questions with patient and helped me a lot.

the best bundle app actually worked for me, or almost. Alex did great help and I'm looking forward the new display feature can be launched out very soon.

This is the only app that is actually free with bundles that work. Then when I had issues installing the team was very helpful and patient.

I received support from Leizel and Roziel and they were so outstandingly helpful. I had many questions and specific kinds of discounts to set up, and had been encountering different issues in setting them up in other apps I tried. But they were able to help me figure out all of the issues I was having. No only is PickyStory very capable in its offerings, but their instant chat support was the best thing for me. We were looking for a long time to find an app that allowed us to make bundles and display them as a single product. This does it perfectly. Inventory is also managed automatically on an individual product basis. Support is also fantastic with a very quick response. Would definately recomend this app!

This app looks nice (that's why I am giving it 2 stars instead of 1)
It displays the collections/looks nicer than other apps. But that's about where it ends.. The functionality is based on discount codes which doesn't work for a lot of scenarios. Then I am having problems with the discount not showing in the cart (it shows in checkout but not in cart) which is confusing for customers and leads to drop-outs as they think they are not getting the bundle discount. I submitted the issue on 3rd March, it is now the 30th and they still don't have a solution. The only reply I have had is when I chased them about it and they said they are still working on it. 2 weeks ago...
