I had a few issues with Easyflow at first — my variant prices were showing incorrectly and the images were tiny, and I couldn’t get my options set up the way I wanted. I reached out for help and was assisted right away. The support team fixed everything quickly, and now the app works perfectly for my needs. Great customer service.

Rubbish apps and company! Totally ridiculous to secretly switching our free plan to the paid plan without our permission, and charging us the money for several months! This is totally ridiculous!
We’re truly sorry for the frustration this caused. We understand how concerning it is to see an unexpected charge, especially after uninstalling an app. We reviewed the billing issue and processed the refunds, including the additional charge you reported, and confirmed that there will be no further charges from EasyFlow after uninstalling.
