EasyFlow Product Options

This app is a bit tedious to set up, but that makes sense given the scope. You have a lot of flexibility about how to handle the options. The most important thing is that support is actually helpful. The fairly quickly answered questions during setup. Then when we found an issue in the check out, they worked with me to confirm the issue and resolve it the same day. Most apps and platforms will either pass something like this along and take a long time to fix, or deny it is even an issue.

This is fantastic, the customer service i received from Nicole was second to none. I really appreciate the prompt and reliable service i received after my inquiry. As for the app it works great i run a 3d printing business and so we have lots of addons and extras to offer and this app makes our site look and operate really professionally.

Jen was fantastic and was able to help me get my products set up exactly how I wanted even with my custom website design. So nice to have the option to use options instead of variants where needed for my products and they have an actual "free" plan that meets my needs and not a sneaky "free" plan that isn't actually free in the long run. Great app that's helped incredibly to customize product offerings on my store site. When I need help they are always there with fast and reliable support. The app is really easy to use and provides some nice options to offer customizations and add-ons for my customers with product image swatches, multi-line selections, text, etc. I highly recommend this app, especially if you need support!

This app has been exactly what I needed so far. Setup has been smooth, and every time I’ve reached out with a question, support has been absolutely amazing. Highly recommend giving it a try if you need add-on or conditional rule functionality.

I tried a 3 or 4 other similar apps before this, and I found this one worked out of the box and looked best on mobile and desktop. Very helpful for my variants and addons.

I am not the most computer literate and had difficulty setting up the app. I scheduled a call with customer service. The customer service rep, Jen, was extremely nice, patient, and knowledgeable. I am a stickler for good customer service and this experience went way above and beyond my expectations. My options look perfectly now!

Spent a fair amount of time testing several option apps and settled on this one, because it meets our needs, was relatively easy to use and they actually support it fairly quickly. We are a small company but have a few needs that goes beyond Shopify. So, recommended.
