Rubbish apps and company! Totally ridiculous to secretly switching our free plan to the paid plan without our permission, and charging us the money for several months! This is totally ridiculous!

rules not applying consistently, rearranged things in product page yet they didn't take effect, fees added where not applied and I have to take a loss on several orders due to it.
