BSS Product Options, Variant

Fantastic app! I did a lot of research on apps for product options, and this app is reasonably priced, meets all my needs and the support is outstanding.

The product is amazing. Unlike other apps doing the same thing, it provides a lot of features for free. Their support is phenomenal, responsive, and on to the point. Jonas N. who was the support agent for me, is very responsive and he went above and beyond to report my issues to the technical team. Nguyen Duc Duong, whom I never met, was the tech guy and he did a lot of custom coding in my theme to fix the issue. They are truly amazing and I totally recommend them.

I would recommend this app to anyone searching for a product & variant app. This app is everything a business needs to offer variants. I personally run a customizable art, crafts and carpentry business so the ability to add multiple variants works wonders for me. I do wish there were more training videos to help people starting out understand the different sets, but after a little trail and error anyone can get the hang of it. If assistance is ever needed the staff (Jena Nguyen) to be specific in my case has been beyond helpful when I needed support! Highly recommended! Great job and thank you Jena!

As all the other commenters have said, this app comes with excellent customer service - even though they're across the globe and a 12hr time difference from me, I wake up to things being fixed, with very pleasant customer service messages in my inbox. The app does what I wanted it to do - it allows me to add more varied options for products in my shop, and add photo swatches with additional details easily.

I have used this app for quite some time now, and I just work so well! I had some trouble with the design and reached out to support. Got in touch with Jonas, and he really did his job. He worked with the awesome developers Nguyen Duc Duong, Ngo Viet Cuong, and Nguyen Tien Loc. So if you need an app for option sets in Shopify, I would take a look at BSS Commerce or even reach out to Jonas to have a quick chat. Awesome guy! All in all, great and fast support and development. Would recommend!

Both Emma and her technician did a wonderful job at assisting me with my custom products on my website! It was a headache to try and figure out my particular issue on my own, and as soon as I reached out, they responded very kindly and quickly. She and Nguyen went above and beyond to assist in my request and even made a few additional changes that I didn't even ask for - changing the fonts so they matched my website theme. Thanks a lot for the BSS support service! A great dedication from Joy Nguyen - my support agent. I had some issues with the display of the option sets as I just wanted to display some option sets to specific product pages. I contacted BSS team for their support, and they did not disappoint. Joy Nguyen looked at my case, and she thoroughly explained the issue with my setup. Bravo, her resolution worked! I also wanted to test the app on a trial theme and Joy Nguyen again advised that I publish the new theme for some minutes so that the app code can run. Such a pity that the trial theme seems not being able to publish, but it’s ok. I still well respect BSS team and I love how they try to explain in simple way so that customers can understand how the app should be used. I think you guys have done the job quite well, and you should keep up with the great service. Anyone should give BSS a chance to have a try with this app. This app is quite friendly.
