W3 Custom Product Options

We look at a lot of product option apps to fulfill our needs to add monogram fields to our products and W3 Product Options was the best fit. Justin gave amazing fast support during our trial period to ensure it would work and the fee was better than other apps out there. We also use the Product accessories app by W3 and have been happy with them all around!

This app is WONDERFUL! I can now have sizes and styles in a drop down instead of listing them all out individually. Now, I can have a total of 50 products instead of having to set a particular amount in one size/style. The only downfall is that I can't figure out a way to export my orders and have my options show up on it. I've emailed support a few times. Hopefully there's an answer! Long story short--get the app. It's way worth it!

Whit this app I'm able to make tailor products. I've had some problems with my theme but the customer service helped me to solve those issues! Highly recommend!

This app is wonderful & functions straight out of the box. It's resolved all of our "variant" / customisable product issues (an area where Shopify really lags behind) & even inspired us to add a few new products, just because we can (those conditional fields are so useful!)

Brad, Jason and the support team really went above & beyond to help out with a (very specific) request we had for our store - added a minor code tweak for us & got it done within 24 hours. Amazing service. Cannot recommend this app enough.

This app has been super helpful in dealing with our relatively complex product options. W3 was also really great about addressing small issues so we can get the most out of the app. Highly recommended for both functionality and support!

the app is great, looks cool and does what it needs to do, very clean. what is fucking awesone however is the help line support. I only needed them the once, but it was early hours in the morning in HK, and Jas I think he/ she was called basically got added as a staff member, went off for 10 minutes and did the whole bloomin fix themself, came back, 'here you go'. Shit, I love that sort of 'sort the problem out first'attitude, top work W3, whoever you are, jas is a star

I was using another free product options app but realised it didn't support custom logic and I also couldn't charge for additional options as I wanted. After some research I found the W3 Custom Product Options app. At first I was wary as I didn't want to add another monthly charge to my site, but it was cheaper than the competing apps, has all the requirements I need and it offers a 7 day free trial so I decided to give it a try.

I am confident making small changes to my themes code, so was able to install this myself. However, to get it looking like I wanted, and to ensure all the information appeared in my cart and notifications I got help from the W3 Custom Product Options team. If you are not confident fiddling with your code the installation service is definitely worth it. Their customer service is fantastic, I worked with Justin and he made sure everything on my site looked as I wanted and tested everything thoroughly! Will certainly keep the app and am happy to pay the $8.99 a month, worth every penny.

We use both the W3 Product Options and W3 Order Status apps on 2 of our Shopify sites. Both products work well and are well supported. Response from the developer has been extremely prompt. We highly recommend both the apps and the developer.

This app is perfect for what I needed. It's easy to understand. I can make different options for different products. I use a variant through shopify for the base and then use this app for the add-ons. It's perfect!
