After trying a bunch of different product customizers, this was the only one that worked for me. Unlike other customizers, W3 trend's customizer can add extra charges without messing with any additional coding. This app also allowed customers to upload files and made those files easy to access.

I actually had some problems installing the app, but the developers at W3 Trend provided exceptional support. They fixed all the errors in my theme and integrated the app seamlessly. They also made suggestions/changes that actually made my site more efficient as well. Thank you so much for all of your help! I really appreciate it.

Our website, THATflagcompany.com, specializes in custom ordered flags, plaques and awards. The W3 app has been a great option for our website and is incredibly user friendly.

I have a heavily modded website and for weeks I was trying to find just the right app that looked and acted the way I wanted it.

Jason from W3 made the customization exactly how I imagined it to be, and even though it took us some mails to figure out the details - everything was done in less than 6 hours.

I LOVE this app - having tried many product option apps, this is by far the easiest and most straight forward to use.
I needed to have the app installed after updating my theme and it was done within a few days and functioning perfectly. Customer service was so friendly and nothing too much trouble :)

So far so good! Just installed custom options and it's pretty easy to use. Had one little issue that they handled for me in just a few minutes. Great job guys!

Changing 1 star to 5 stars. Had some issues with my themes codes & when i contacted them they went through all my codes & make me assure that there are no left behind codes of this app. & fortunately my issue has also been resolved by some other app. Feeling apologetic. Thankyou.
