This app team will not only support you directly, but they have also taken time to create many useful video and written tutorials on how to use this app to get the best out of it for your store, which most developers do not offer. We are previous users of Product Options by Bold which costs more per month and also had issues costing us over a thousand dollars. After seeking a new app that can provide properly functioning product options we came across this app. Our theme was not on the supported list, but their team was able to get things installed quickly for us. Within 24 hours of installation the product options were set up and working. The price of the app is extremely fair for how well it functions and the options it provides, not to mention that it works and looks great! Customer service seems quick to respond and willing to help. This app will be utilized by our store for a long time!

Awesome app and even better support! I have looked at a number of product configurator apps. This one was by far the easiest to set-up and functions the best. Support is very quick to respond and helpful. What I love about this app is I can use just the product options for certain products or add the live configurator for others. Previously I was using two separate apps to do that.

Exactly what I needed! Megan was helpful and responsive. I needed a little a little change here and there and Megan took care of it. So happy with the result. Update: Extremely satisfied. Upgraded to the 2.0 theme. It was a great time to try 2 other popular product option apps just to make sure I wasn't missing out, only to come back to this one. This one checks all the boxes. Easy to use interface for setting options and conditional logic, an output that will be easily understood by my customers. I opted to pay for customization so that it would show the base cost and itemized option costs and subtotal in a way that fit with my minimalist theme. Within 2 days, Gabby and Jason helped me install and code it to display exactly what I needed. The final result was worth the back and forth.

I went through 2 other customization apps before I found this one. It includes vital options that others did not, such as displaying add-on costs during checkout. Very easy to install and manage! The customer service has been outstanding as well. It would be nice to have the ability to edit personalized options in Cart, but either way I would highly recommend this app!

I would give this app 10 stars if I could. I did a lot of research before choosing this app for customizing your products. The products I will be selling have a lot of options, and the image customizer feature combined with all the various product options is exactly what I had been searching for. There are tons of quick how to articles and video tutorials to help you get the hang of using all the features. I have reached out an emailed the team about 2 issues so far: the image customizer had not auto installed properly on my Shopify theme, and then when I started using the accordion groups I wanted them to be closed when you go to my products. I received timely responses, and exceptional service. Highly recommend!

The Custom Product Options app is just what I was looking for. Although it did take quite some time to configure, the end result is perfect. The numerous options with conditional logic and a product image that depicts the options selected will really help us. This app also has excellent support. Responses were very quick and provided clear instructions. I highly recommend Custom Product Options!
