This app has been very helpful for our customer base. It gives customers an easy way to ask product questions, allows us to respond quickly and makes those answers available to help other customers who may have the same question.

The app is straightforward to use and anytime I have had a question or run into an issue, their support team has responded quickly and helped get it resolved.

Kinnari has been incredibly kind and supportive over the past few days, continuously providing feedback and assistance. Of course, the app’s design is simple and easy to view, and it is also very easy to use. It can be used as an FAQ, and separately, it allows customers to submit their own Q&A as well. Highly recommended!
