Doesnt install. Have tried on numerous browsers and many attempts.
The app installed once and timed out over and over and over again, so I uninstalled it. Since then, it continues to not install across Firefox, IE, Safari, and Edge. Across 4 different storefronts. I wish I could contact you but again the APP DOESNT SHOW UP. DROP ME AN EMAIL I CAN CONTACT AND ID BE HAPPY TO TRY AND WORK THIS OUT
Thanks for the updated review and the extra context — it was exactly what we needed to trace the issue!
We dug through our logs and found the culprit. During your first install the Shopify billing approval step didn't complete. This triggered a rare edge-case bug on our end that caused the app to time out instead of loading our recovery page, and it unfortunately blocked your subsequent reinstall attempts. We sincerely apologize for the frustration.
The good news is that we have completely fixed this issue. If you're willing to give it another try, the app will now install smoothly in those edge cases. (Just note: Shopify requires the charge to be accepted to complete the setup, but your 5-day free trial means you won't be billed).

We have been using the English version to adjust the wordings for our Vietnamese pages.
We found there is a field that cannot update the wording, but the support team quickly fixed it within 2 hours. And now, we can translate that field as well.
The quick follow-up enabled us to provide better service to our customers!
