Doesnt install. Have tried on numerous browsers and many attempts.
The app installed once and timed out over and over and over again, so I uninstalled it. Since then, it continues to not install across Firefox, IE, Safari, and Edge. Across 4 different storefronts. I wish I could contact you but again the APP DOESNT SHOW UP. DROP ME AN EMAIL I CAN CONTACT AND ID BE HAPPY TO TRY AND WORK THIS OUT.
They fixed the problem they claimed in their response, for about 3 days and now again this app won't load on Safari or Edge. Businesses don't have time for apps that don't open.
FINAL UPDATE: I have tried this app two or three more times after the claimed "fix". I was happy this morning because it was actually working for the first time in three weeks and I thought it could be a solution for our store. But I came back this afternoon and now the app times out again. I have tried to enter it 4 different ways. Impossible. I have been a Shopify user for 10 years and this is the worst UI I have ever run into. Yes, app store reviews "aren't designed for technical troubleshooting," but this is beyond that. Other Shopify stores should know that you are frauds. Develop a better app and you wouldn't have reviews like this.

Over the past three weeks, we have sent you multiple emails offering 1-on-1 support, screen shares, and guided walkthroughs to figure out exactly what is happening on your end. Unfortunately, we have not received a single reply to any of our outreach.
Our server logs confirm that the app is actively loading and functioning on your store without timing out, which points to a localized issue (such as a browser extension conflict or an incomplete setup step). However, without your willingness to communicate with us outside of App Store reviews, it is impossible for us to diagnose or fix a localized issue on your specific machine.
We remain fully committed to supporting our merchants, but we need two-way communication to do so. We wish you the absolute best with your business going forward.

We have been using the English version to adjust the wordings for our Vietnamese pages.
We found there is a field that cannot update the wording, but the support team quickly fixed it within 2 hours. And now, we can translate that field as well.
