Found an issue with dark Shopify page themes where text from drop-down menus appears white against white (unreadable unless scrolled over with the mouse cursor, which then turns the field light blue making the white text barely legible). A very simple bug to fix, however after numerous attempts to get support and inform them of this bug with detailed screenshots, I received no response. Literally weeks of trying to get support and nothing. I'll be deleting and finding another app for my customer form needs and I suggest you do the same.

Hi, I'm sorry to hear that. Yes it will be a very simple fix (we will able to fix it for you in less than one minute)

I've double checked all the support emails (including spams etc) and didn't see anything coming from you guys recently (it might be your email server not sending the email through or sending to the wrong email etc), you will able to see the support email in the app and you can also able to book a call with us in the documentation pages, if you can do that, we will able to fix it for you very very quickly

As for the reason why it it appear white on white - the app have minimal styling and trying to inherit as much as possible from Shop's theme, so it can make it look like part of the shop, this works most of the time, but in some cases, what you see can happen, then we will able to put a fix that's custom tailor to your site

I just wanted to take a moment to give a big shout-out to Product Varify (My Product Registration) for being such a great app and team for their vendor support. This app fits our needs wonderfully by allowing customers to register their warranties seamlessly on our website.

Their support is really quick (usually gets a response within a day), and they could understand the problems we are facing and help us rectify them in a timely manner.

Talking about the app itself, it's very user-friendly, and our customer is able to auto-fill their serial number on the warranty by scanning a QR code on our product. For us, managing all that customer data has become a breeze.

We strongly recommend this app if you're looking for a reliable and efficient solution for your product warranty registrations.

Hello, This app is perfect for me. It allows customers to set up there product warranties from products they purchased both online and offline.
The impressive thing for me is it allows customers to enter the serial number and upload receipts from offline purchases. One of the main advantages is you can approve the warranties online, by checking the receipt against the details entered. You can do this all online, no more communication and asking for attachments of receipts by email. No need to create excel spreadsheets, this app stores everything. I tried 3 other apps, before i found this app.

It's been great for what we needed! The form builder works great and the features and settings makes it easy to manage forms. I would like to see improvements to styling which needs to be done with CSS at the moment.

Thank you for your review. For this kind of problem, its better to use support (I can see you already have sent us a support email, so I will paste the answer here just in case support didn't go through)

Firstly it's not a good idea to have spaces in the URL, because it will replace with `%20` by browsers like Chrome and Edge, so the whole URL will become https://sample-simo.myshopify.com/pages/product%20registration if you copy it, that's why most of the URL either using _ or - as separator

Looking at the URL, this is a page you created in Shopify, so it's not something to do with the app (I can see you have used the theme block to embed the app onto the page, hence the form is shown on the page)

Since this is not have something to do with the app, to change the URL, you will need to change it in the Shopify admin > Sales Channel > Online Store > Pages > Select the page > Edit with SEO > Change URL and handle
