So far, so good.
I’m still evaluating the app during the free trial period, but so far it appears to be working without any problems. It was easy to install and easy to set up some offers. If all continues to go smoothly then I will definitely continue to use the app.

Wish you guys could get help from Esha, this person from Bold Commerce has super amazing support. My up sell app was not popping up on mobiles, she worked hard and relied with tech team until they resolved the matter.
I had some problems with my theme that had nothing to do with the app.
Regardless Bold helped me to fix the error that my theme caused and the functions works great and helps me to increase sales.

But more importantly, the customer service is absolutely phenomenal!
I've thrown all kinds of questions and issues at them, and they've been immediately responsive. They know exactly what they're doing, and every issue (arising from my odd theme) were fixed ultra quickly.
