We're successfully using Bold Upsell helping us offer best suitable products for our customers to add-on or upgrade to have a better value.
We've even been able to modify css styling and look to meet our branding or function better for our business like restrict to enter any number of product qty to add on to the cart. It allowed to manually enter any number to add to the cart BUT not now.
App Devs are always working on upgrading it so we look forward to having it even more better.

The team at Linelink Online - www.linelink.com.au use this fantastic app for to enhance our online Dash Cam business on the Shopify platform. It is 'set and forget' which makes life much easier and we can get on with selling Dash Cams! Great app!
The initial set up is extremely easy, but when I did have a question, one live chat with Harpreet and it was all sorted out. Customer service is excellent!

This app was very easy to setup and configure. Within 30 minutes we created our first upsell offer which is triggered when a shopper adds any item to the cart and clicks the checkout button. Thank you Product Upsell for a pleasure to use app.

Loved this app before it was managed by a new company to my understanding as it does not work with products that have options now, it only shows "Add to Cart" buttons when we need "View Product" buttons as we had before. No one notified us that "Add to Cart" buttons would be put back into our pop ups so we have a ton of orders with no options selected by the customers and we are having to email customers one by one who aren't happy. Tried to ask support for help to no avail. It states features "Design & language customization" but yet no one can help us change the "Add to Cart" buttons back to "View Product" buttons like we had before Bold sold this app to a different company? Really sad as we used to love this app but no one has helped us fix this issue and they simply stopped communicating. Had to delete and find a different app.
UPDATE: After multiple emails back and forth with very vague replies, my developer was able to figure out with the assistance of the app how to edit the "Add to Cart" buttons to be "View Product" so I have adjusted my review since we were finally able to get this fixed from 1 star to 4.

We sincerely apologize for the issues you’ve experienced when the integration did not work as expected. Your feedback is valuable to us, and will help us to do better in the future. While you can customize the design using CSS and HTML, the customization you required needed a bit more complex adjustment using other programming languages. Doesn't work. Will assuredly break your store and you will lose customers after installing this app, just like we did.
I have been using this app for months now and I find it very easy to use and to adjust as I see fit. The best part is that the level of support is outstanding. I had an issue with an update to my theme and that the bold code wasn't supported in the standard upgrade, however Bold was able to assist me and fix my issue immediately. They took away my stress after 1 email and made me feel taken care of. Thank you Mike for the great and immediate service!
