Great App. I love the Bold apps - easy to use and very powerful.

I'm new to all this website development and all these apps that help our website run. I am so thankful for your awesome customer service that have helped me with everything I am dealing with. Navjot was awesome to help and solve my problems from behind the scene when I was for sure I broke our website!!!

Great customer service! And the app its doing what it needs to be doing, it has increased the sale of the specific product I added to upsell, and compared to my other global store, I can see the inventory of that product to be way higher where I don't have this app on. On the store (Canadian store) that I added this app the inventory is almost sold out of the item I'm adding for cross selling

I sell a product that is made to last forever and because of that, to keep my business running I need to sell some accessories.
When I came across the Product upsell app I knew I had to try it. On the first 7-days, it helped grow my accessories sales by more than 70%. I'm very happy with it.

I didn't need to contact the support team yet. The app is very user-friendly.

Useful app, but still limited in conjunction with Bold Commerce's Discount App because what would really be helpful is automatically applying discounts to Carts when qualifiers are met. Upsell and Discount can't do this and it's too bad. EXCELLENT SERVICE TEAM though - shout outs to Abhijit.

Bold Apps are completely unreliable across the board. You just never know when they will be down. Never. Know. :(

Stay away from anything made by Bold. They are totally awesome apps . . .

Until they break.

Which is way too often.

(BTW, we're waiting through the latest failure right now - "Working on it" they say.)

EDIT: We are raising this review one star for the personal response from Bold because of this bad review. Last ticket took four days (including a weekend) for a response. This negative review took about an hour.

Turns out, the "We're working on it" message was just a template (they weren't working on anything), and they had no idea anything was wrong. It was a simple error in a URL, but it just threw an error and a "We're working on it" message. Not a very helpful error message.

Danni is AMAZING! She's a superstar developer at Bold and she's gone above and beyond to help me when even Shopify didn't get back to me all day long. I'd give her a raise! Thank you so much!

I really like this app.

Bold Upsell has paid for itself over and over. This is defiantly worth every dollar. You will see a positive return on your money spent.
