Great App and fantastic customer service....
Overall I really like the app. It takes a bit of work adding in all the rules and products and all that but once you get those set the app looks great and functions very well. And it is effective! We are seeing some good results so far.
I love this app. I am currently on a trial period of 14 days & still have 5 days left and It has already made $99.95 worth of sales. It is self paying app. Highly recommended. 5 STARS for customer service excellency :)

Easy to use and set up. It wasn't clear at first how to select more than 10 driver products and we still have't seen great conversion, but otherwise the app works as expected.
This Ap was used to run our Christmas program by giving customers 12 days worth of gift. It ran very smoothly with zero complications. Super easy to use. Thanks!

We setup our first Upsell last week and already this app has more than paid for itself!
We currently offer a small number of skus online (only 20) and were unsure that Product Upsell would be much help. Turns out we didn't even need to create new discounts or promotions - instead we increased our average unit-per-transaction and dollar-per-sale by reinforcing an existing offer: Free Shipping on purchases of 3 or more items. Now customers that shop are much more likely to hit (or exceed) this threshold. I can't wait to create more Upsell triggers as we add more variety to our store.
Really well made app. Plus it only fires off when a customer clicks on the Check Out button. This makes it a true Upsell versus just showing other items before the customer even decides to buy.
Customer service on this app is among the worst I've seen. I was charged $90 upon install and 20 minutes later I was asking for a refund because in a blog post it was advertised this app does Post Purchase Upsell when in fact, it did not. That's another app. I requested a refund and customer service made me run through hoops and hoops for a simple refund/reversal for a charge 20 minutes ago. They want a bill number which has not been generated yet. I'm unable to understand why it's so difficult to refund someone who hasn't even used your app for an hour. I have contacted Shopify Support who also said it's not possible to provide a billing number as the invoice was not paid yet. They requested I delete this app and they would contact the developer directly to get this resolved. I will edit my review upon further updates.
