We had a rocky start with this app as their code conflicted with our site and caused a huge glitch where customers could not click to the add to cart button thus making us sceptical and worried that me made the wrong decision by installing this app. We made contact with support and Parminder immediately got back to us and even gave us a direct call to resolve this for us and take us through the process step by step. He even did some small styling work for us whilst on the call to ensure the app fits our store theme. He also gave us some extra insightful tips on how to make the app work for us even better.

After installing this app we had our first cross sell sale in 1 day after installing! This app is a great tool to earn extra revenue and pays for itself with your first sale! We highly recommend this app and again highly recommend that you ask for Parminder as his service is impeccable.

It crashed and all bold app stopped working on Black Friday. And it certainly need lots improvement, there's lot bugs need to be fixed. I don't really understand where all these 5 starts come from.

I was skeptical when I first installed this Upsell app because I didn't know if it would increase my sales enough to cover the monthly fee. But after 2 months, it is covering the fee plus adding profit. It is just like McDonalds asking if you want "Fries with that Burger" - shipping costs are the same, but the order just got larger. I have also installed Bold Brain that works in conjunction with Upsell and it has given me some new "upsell matches" based on shopper behavior that I would not have guessed myself. I would definately recommend you try this for your store.

We began using the Product Discount app along with the Product Upsell app and immediately saw results! We had old inventory that we want to move and with this app, we were able to do BOGO offers. In addition to that, we have small accessories that are not always noticed by our customers. We are selling many more of these now as we are able to set a trigger as the customers check out to suggest these additional items. Both were simple to install. User friendly. Support staff was prompt and helpful! We LOVE these apps!

Been using the app for a couple of weeks now, and the app works very good..Had some up sells go through the first day we downloaded the app to our store. Definitely worth having.

Super quick and helpful response time fixing even my minor issues. Brendin was on top of it!

It's a little early to see the results, but it's very easy to set up and seems to have increased the sales of the products it's upselling.

UPDATED: I have been using this app for several months and still really am enjoying it. It seems to have increased upsells particularly among people who were just coming for one thing and taking off.
