Since adding Product Upsell we are now selling extra items with a large percentage of orders compared to very few before. Easy to set up and we started getting extra sales straight away.

I am really looking forward to working with this app. Everyone loves to get something for free with a purchase of $$ or more, and offer this at our store, but now we have a way to offer this on our website and cannot be more excited. I am sure this will help with increased online sales and create customer loyalty. Thank you BOLD for being so awesome.

Extremely poor support. The app mess with product page layout. Image sliders stopped working and support saying its not because of their app. This is so careless.

Bold Upsell will not give me the refund that I deserve. Now, there's been a lot of conversation and Bold Upsell is not willing to refund me in full. They said the plan is for their "maintenance cost". Re: by having the app installed there will always be API, servers and monthly costs that they are covering... which is ridiculous because they have literally "nothing" to maintain on my end because I am not using the app at all.
