It worked well at first, but as I added new products, the reviews from other products were incorrectly assigned to the new ones, which should have had zero reviews. I contacted support, and they requested access to my store and three days to fix the issue. I told them I only had a few hours. They made me wait three hours, only to say they couldn’t fix it and advised me to delete the app. Not only did they never log into my store, but they also requested finance access on top of store access, which I found very suspicious. Luckily, I noticed and unchecked it. I’m now using a different app and have no issues.
