Context: Installed the ReviewXpo app to replace the deprecated Product Reviews app which was being shut down.
The installation was easy and the review widgets appeared on the product pages as expected.
However, the CSV import kept failing, even after repeated attempts, including a test import with just three records. This left us without our reviews on the site which is one of our big drivers ...
