I recently updated my website to a new theme and ran into a snag with a subscription product not being able to be added to the cart. I reached out to support and the issue was fixed in minutes. Incredibly responsive (thank you again, Leo!). I've been using the app for a little over a year now and it has been easy to work with and seems really integrated with the Shopify platform as a whole. It's been exactly what we needed to run a subscription box product on our site.

A fully functional subscription app that won't add weight to your product page load times, Propel Subscriptions is exactly what we've been looking for. Their widget is lightweight and has the features we want, and most importantly it is intuitive for customer use and easy for non-tech shop owners to set up. On top of that they have a feature request/feature submission area and they really do listen and care. For example a relatively complex feature has already been added since feature requests came to be, and I know how it is when you're developing a brand new app with a punch list a mile long, so that shows real living support behind this app. Furthermore every time I've reached out with a question I've gotten instant responses from Carmi at support and I've also had access to devs without any friction at all. When it comes to support and a team that really cares the only comparable app I've experienced is Judge.Me so for those of you who use Judge.Me that will give you an idea of what I'm talking about. We're looking forward to what the future has in store with this subscription app facilitating our core growth strategy.

Let me save you all some time! Before we opted for Propel Subscription's we spent several hours researching similar apps and Propel has definitely proved to be the best in practice. Chris in support has been a great help and assisted us on every step of the way. Highly recommended.

Great app... in the examples they provide, I didnt think it would suit our theme.
But once installed the widget config allowed me to change the colours and it fit really well.
Customer service is also excellent - they seem to be online all the time.

Just installed app 15 minutes ago and it's already up and running! I haven't gotten any orders yet, so that will determine how the back end functions, but the set-up was very easy and intuitive and looks great on the site.
