I had trouble navigating the app but with great technical support was able to solve the problem.

Works as advertised. We use the app to limit the purchase of event tickets, exclusive items and limited merchandise. The future purchase limit works to prevent repeat purchases from the same account.

From time to time the app has a few quirks in the admin console and a few glitches with the Shopify checkout process that seem to always require tech support intervention, not unlike most Shopify apps.

Tech support is pretty responsive, once you consider the +10:30 to +13:30 time zone shift from the United States.

Worked well for an entire year. Yesterday, our checkout was broken, and we lost about 3 hours' worth of sales. Uninstalling the app was the only way to resolve the issue. I tried reaching out to support but was unable to get a quick response to allow us to troubleshoot. Unfortunately, we can't afford to let that loss of sales happen again, so we will no longer be using the app.

It works decently and is simple to setup. But if you have time-specific product 'drops', it tends to throttle and leave users unable to check out. It works fine if you don't need to deal with heavy traffic in bursts.

We use this app to limit purchase quantities on certain products, its simple enough to use and easy to setup and good value for money.

We did experience a small second issue and proposed an improvement activity.

All suggested improvements were swiftly actioned by the development team, who collaborated well, communicated well and provided a solution in a timely manner, well done, excellent service guys, keep up the good work.

Great app for adding quantity limits to certain products (limited editions, end of line etc). Would recommend to other Shopify users looking to add this function to their site. Support are very helpful and responsive.
