App is very promising, ui/ux feels glitchy and integration was buggy for me, tried to contact the customer support and sometimes they are quick and on point and sometimes they dont respond at all. For me it was a hit or miss but you can try the app to see if it fits your needs. They dont block any feature in their free plan although its a small one and soon you will need to update!

Customer Service was very helpful for login issues... it was user error and remember Login is Case Specific! I find the email reminders most helpful to attempt to recover abandoned carts.

The Push Monkey app is unique and easy to use. All the apps that offer abandoned cart reminders are quite expansive but Push Monkey is free to use upto 100 subscribers which can be a great start for a starter like me. Another thing that I noticed is that we can send bulk custom notifications to all our subscribers. This app deserve 100 stars.

Generally I prefer not to write reviews and rate any products but the support offered by the push monkey folks is simply outstanding and needs mentioning. My store had caching issues that were quickly fixed by the push monkey support team. I was also offered a free press release for my business that helped immensely to get traffic pertaining to my niche.

I did my bit of research on other web push app out there on Shopify. All I needed was a simple portal to send custom push and remind my customers about the abandoned cart and found push monkey to be a perfect fit. Most important is their support as they are quick to respond. As a budding store on Shopify, they also helped me with free press releases to get eyes on my store. They promised to release the advanced segmentation this week and I am eagerly looking forward to that.
