The functionality for a free app is 5 star. 4 star rating because it's missing some functionality and while the support team is excellent they work 9pm-2am EST and not weekends so if you do have a bug or issue turnaround can be slow. if you're operating in those hours, fixes are very fast. Note: the slide cart needs to be customized if you have 3rd party integrations. (Qikify did an excellent job working with those 3rd parties.) And BOGO breaks every time you change the product title so keep that in mind when updating your store. It took a while to figure out why it was breaking - and not something I kept testing after launching.

Its features are really great! but it was quite difficult for me to use at first. but after getting the hang of it, it was great! dont know how much it will help me yet, but am really hoping it can ease the process of customers checking out! Prices are very competitive too!

The app is great and the support team, especially Miley, has been fantastic. I think our customers will love the ease of adding free gifts (in our case pdf knitting patterns for the yarn we sell) and that it will increase our sales.

I've tried many apps for upsell and free gift, but Qikify so far has been a winner. Their service is great, although I always have to wait until the next morning to receive their responses due to the time zone. Other than that, I recommend this for the brands looking for an upsell app.
