This app is costing us hundreds of Dollars in Shipping and countless angry customers, because it is completally random with applying the bundle. Unreliable - stay away.

We tested the free plan to understand its functionality, but it didn't specify that the display wouldn't be visible on the storefront until after troubleshooting with customer support. She said only the paid plan can see but I didn't see the app works even in the theme editor. This wasted our time, really.

better out there, i was using the app for upsell was free for a while..but they charged me to use now without notice, only that my feature is now on a premium plan..not great, changed and uninstalled the day i found out i was charged.

Regarding the charge, we would like to clarify a bit: when you subscribe to our paid plan, there is a popup to inform you that the subscription will be charged automatically for each cycle after the trial ends, and you must approve the charge in order to upgrade to the paid plan.

Nice in theory, but didn't end up working well. We noticed a ton of orders triggered the bundle discount to the customer, but at check out the customer didn't actually receive the discount as advertised. We ended up having to do manual refunds. When contacting the tech support, they were unhelpful and claimed the app worked perfectly.

I won't use this app anymore.

I recently discovered a pricing discrepancy on your platform. The price changed from 19.9 to 9.9, but I still have to pay the original 19.9 amount. I discovered this price change myself and your team did not inform me.

I reached out to your support team to request a refund for the difference, but the response I received indicated that the case had been reported to a higher department for a thorough review. However, several days have passed without any resolution, which makes me feel that my case is not being prioritized.

I believe in the importance of honesty and transparency, especially in matters involving customer charges.

Regarding the charge for the new pricing plan, please let us clarify it a bit: If the new pricing plan is applied, you might need to subscribe to the new paid plan in order to apply the new charge.

When you contact our team about the pricing, our support team needs to consult your case with a higher department in order to send you a refund. We also refunded and responded to you within one day after receiving your report.

Not Good App... It Inject the code in your store liquid files which make problems to your website. I have removed it asap... Please avoid this App.

There are nice customization you can do and even get rid of the banner but it messed my website codes up big time, couldn't even run it for an hour, pages don't load properly after my install and in-spite of having all offer closed my website now runs funny in add to cart and check out page, also you can only cross promote one item and the way to checkout and completing order is ambiguous, its almost like solving a puzzle and you need to give trophy to costumer who can use this croos app so it's not worth the install, I need fast attention to fix your app issues since im trying to run a bussines here and spending loads of money for ads. What a joke !!!

I was tricked with it awesomeness to install this app, the features I wanted are not even available for a trial if you don't upgrade. Complicated to customize and also complicated to just enable on the Shopify editor, I don't need a day to just figure it, Support said we finished today we will email you tomorrow. I should have just hired a developper on Upwork it should've took me less time. And at least not tricked. Very frustrating.
