So far this app has been very easy to use for a beginner like me and I tried a few apps. Not that the app is not advanced because it is, but it's user friendly. The team has been amazing at responding to me. I am available on the weekends so I have left messages outside business hours and their team is really passionate about what they do because they even responded that day and they did not have to. When they did respond they were super informative, patient, and helpful. I highly recommend this app.

The chat support were extremely helpful and helped me to improve the user experience on our website with bespoke changes. I would very much recommend using this app as it is more customisable than it appears and the team were very proficient in responding and getting the changes made.

Been on other apps but qikify Cart Upsell & Free solved our problem and made it to work on our website. Lucy and Henry, of their support team, are really awesome people. I was stressing a lot about this but they made it work. Great app and customer service!

I installed the app less than 24 hours ago and the increase in AOV (compared to customers' previous AOV history) has already covered the monthly cost of the app. I also asked for help twice during this time and was very satisfied with the quick response and resolution.
