Ramon was a big help, letting me use my own art to be customized verses using a blanket canvas. It took a few times for me to use the app but after I got started I was good to go. This app has a lot of functions and many options.
Company is operating from Spain and is on Mediterranean time. Very poor support, sometimes non-existent for days. Ultimately, we had to uninstall and find another app.
Product could be great, except it needs more attention to detail.
If I create a collage and have customers upload images only in specific areas that I assign, they can only crop the picture, they aren't able to resize.
Also, sometimes depending on the picture size, the image uploads sideways. And there is no way to rotate the image once its uploaded to a collage. This is not good for a non- ...
