I had been looking and trying various bulk apps in the past as I own a few Shopify stores. It's the best by far and a must to increase cart value & profits. Thanks to Robert for his great service and making it perfectly fit my needs!

Exactly what I need for my idea to work and easy to setup but has few issues: even after selecting the collections, it applies to all the items in the cart. Hope to see an update on this

Although you can set a tiered discount, there is no discount when paying, and the customer service does not reply

The app has too many bugs. I've been very patient, allowing them time to work out the kinks behind the scenes but the more function your store requires, the more professional help you're going to need. Most of these apps do not provide that level expertise in development. If you're just starting out, this app is good enough but others may want to find more custom solutions when offering promotions for their products.
