It's praised for its user-friendly interface, seamless Shopify POS integration, and enhancing both online and physical store sales. Great app, and an even better team behind the app. As we wanted to use a combination of variation-specific tiers and different break points, our requirements were very specific - and options very limited. Luckily, I found Omega at the time as it did exactly what we wanted, and most apps out there couldn't do anything close to what Omega / Pareto could. We've been using the app for more than a year now, and even though occasionally something has broken suddenly (due to Shopify updating something on their end), the team's been very quick to sort things out for us. I've also been interviewed by Joy to gain insights on how they could improve the app and what functionality they should add - and they've also delivered on those, making my life easier. :)
