Let me tell you something this is a must need. Also, there support is amazing Joyce assisted me was patient and not only answered the million questions i had assisted me in setting up along with making it look the way i wanted. I got to tell you just because of her I will continue to use this app! She built a lifelong customer simply awesome!

It was such a struggle to find an app that could manage the promotion I wanted to create and I know I'll want to create in the future. This is the one! I had a few questions (quite a few) and needed some help and the response time was almost immediate and my questions were very quickly answered and problems resolved. Amazing service. One issue couldn't be resolved and as it was over the weekend I was promised they would come back to me on Monday......not only did they follow up on Monday, the issue was very quickly resolved. Best service I have ever received for an app.

I have to be honest, this app is great for the type of discount feature it offers, as not a lot of discount apps allow you to set specific quantities for bundles and only discount those specified quantities. But unfortunately, it's time-consuming to set up and isn't laid out to be very user-friendly. It feels like the app has been published when it's not quite finished and could be improved in many ways. But the baseline of the apps and the discount function are great, so just needs a bit more tweaking before it would be user-friendly and flexible like other apps. The customer service is very polite and very friendly, but not very informative, which I can see being good for customers who may not know and not want to know about the functions behind issues, but for anyone who has been using Shopify for a while and has a base understanding of how code and apps work, they don't provide a lot of information. There was an error between their app and another app I was using, which unfortunately lead to me removing the app from my store, so be aware of this being a possibility when installing.
Overall I do want to give them credit for having an app function that is hard to find and for having very polite and friendly staff to communicate with, which is the main reason I provided 3 stars, but the points made above would need to be improved before I could say this app is recommended.

The app had great design capability and great customer support but I really needed to be able to apply discount code while still having quantity discount applied and that was not an available feature yet. Still a great app tho!

This app has great functionality which is easy to set up compared of a lot of others I looked at. Support was amazing and the dev team, particularly Joyce were brilliant at helping to make backend changes quickly when I needed. Can't thank Joyce enough for her assistance. We are a large trophies and awards store that needs different quantity break pricing and quantity thresholds based on both percent and dollar amounts for a huge inventory list. This app does exactly what we need. It was easy to setup and use. Support even helped me customize the look of the table display to my exact needs.

I have had some questions about how to do something that maybe wasn't "out of the box" and the team has been amazing with my requests for a little visual tweak here or there.
