Great product! Shopify and TikTok wouldn't sync, now they do. I even ran into a snag and Joseph helped me fix all the problems (not the apps fault) within minutes. Super happy with the app and the service! Thanks!!!

I was having issues with orders syncing as fulfilled and Joseph was great with being able to assist to my concern. Also informed me of new updates coming up which I am excited for. Amazing, I've been using this a while now and it's just so seamless. The customer service alone is 5* and they really understand the app so are quick to help trouble shoot.
Took me a while to find this app and when I did, it's just what I needed to sync my shopify store to my tiktok account. Would def recommend!
Joseph helped me with the initial set up. He was very friendly and eager to help. Although we were not able to finish what I wanted to do that day, Joseph made sure I can get a hole of him and he gave me his email. So far I am happy with the service. I can't say anything about the app yet because I have not experience it yet. I will update this review in the future. Thank you Joseph for being so helpful.

I couldn't synch all the products from shopify to tiktok. Customer Service Agent (Joseph)helped me synch all the products and answered questions I had.
