The onboarding process is world-class; our assigned advisors are easy to work with and guided us meticulously through the implementation. Is rare to receive this type of support. We are very pleased with the Quote-machine solutions integrated with our E-commerce.

QM is actively engaged with their customers. QM has its kinks but the app is reliable and the customer service is fast with their responses.

We have been using QuoteMachine in our store for quite some time and now have added it to our Shopify Ecommerce. We find it is the perfect software to customize offers for our customers. It allows us to present beautiful proposals with lots of options and to optimize the way we manage our follow-ups. Our customers often give us great feedback about their experience. We also appreciate that it has a proper invoicing module, which is needed for sales to companies.

I have to say quote machine has really stepped up our appearance. The quotes are very clean and a lot more advanced looking than anything else I have tried. Also customers love they can pay direct from the quotes. Also all the people at quote machine are awesome. We have had them do some seriously custom stuff for us and they implement it with no issues.

I can't say enough good stuff about the app or the people behind it. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Great app to use. Using different add-ons you can automate your process. We use it for a few months now and it increased our turnover with approximately 35%

We have been using QuoteMachine for the last month. I am so impressed with how easy it is to use. I love that I can customize our invoices, and there is no guessing game when it comes to seeing where we stand financially. The dashboard displays all the information I need right there. I highly recommend QuoteMachine! Their customer support is top notch. I wish we would have found this product sooner!!
