Workflow Automation—React Flow

This app has helped us in automating some otherwise very tedious manual tasks. We still need to perfect some details but their tech support has also been very helpful in trying to figure things out along side our team.

Fills all the gaps left by Shopify. Variable email addresses is the best part, you can send custom messages out to customers based on definable criteria. Well made app with quick customer support. Can't believe its free.

I am wowed by the level of service provided! I needed some functionality that was not existing, their team worked hard to understand what exactly I needed, and once they got it, within a few hours had it included in the app!

I asked if it were possible to add a new variable so that it is more personalised to the customer, and they were able to do this within a matter of weeks - thank you so much! This is going to save us HOURS of repetitive work each day :)

Love this app for simple coding that I need done daily! Such as weekly product low inventory reports and tagging new products to appear in the right collection. I'm learning how to set up conditional codes which is quite enjoyable to learn.

I am BLOWN AWAY by the dedication and service of the support staff. They worked with me to create a flow that will be very useful to us. Spent more than a few hours with me working on it and finally succeeding. They went above and beyond. This app can seriously do so many cool things I'm so very excited to use it now that I have seen its potential.

We added this app to automate auto-fulfillment of items that don’t require shipping. The support team was super helpful in trying to help us set this up, but we came to the conclusion this was not a current capability. So, they added it to their roadmap for their next release! Awesome team, amazing support for merchants. Can’t wait to see what else we can automate!

The app is fantastic and so is the customer service. Everyone is extremely polite and helpful. When they found an area of improvement, they made the update in just a matter of days and let me know when it was ready to go. I'm using this app to transfer Cart Attributes/Order Notes to Order Metafields. So far, this is the only free app that will let customers do that, and it's so much easier to do than in any of the paid apps!

Requested a feature. Got a reply quickly saying they are based in Ukraine and current situations means they can't guarantee when they can add it in. Week or so later, they got back saying they've added it in. Completely un-expected, but after testing, everything works exactly as requested. These guys are legends! App saved a large flow bypass we would have had to use Zapier for, and made it super simple. Can't recommend enough!

One of the teams reps, Sergey was great at walking us through a very specific use-case scenario while we were deciding if this was the app for us. The entire team was very responsive, helpful and quick to offer new solutions (including adding custom conditions and variables that weren't yet built into the defaults).

I've worked with a lot of dev teams as a freelance web developer and I have to say: their service is outstanding!
