Workflow Automation—React Flow

The instant communications through chat were always "right on time"! I did not have to wait to receive assistance for a question or receive instructions. When necessary, the dev team was engaged and they also got back to me in a timely manner with the best solutions to fit my needs. Thanks to all for your incredible help! Great help from the support team in building a customised Flow.

The team behind this app really know what they're doing. Found this app to figure out some flows that I couldn't figure out with the default flow app and they were able to help me build out some really great functionality with some metafields I was looking to automate. Highly recommend.

I just started using this app to help with a few workflow optimizations. A few examples being running tag workflows, fulfilling orders that are marked partial, etc. The support team helped me solve my biggest problem within an hour. They even built the flow I needed for me. I can see this will be incredibly useful and I plan to utilize their support to the fullest! They're great. If you're looking for a good tagging and workflow app for bulk order work this is great!

React Flow is far better and easier to use than Shopify's own FLOW app. React Flow is better featured (and that's already at the free level) for all the simple things one needs done. The support from Aleksandr from DevIT.Software, was awesome. He was fast, highly knowledgeable, and super patient. He created a template automation for me to import and test and tweak as required.

The app itself is a life saver - much more powerful than Shopify Flow. Add to that, their support team is perhaps the best you will find on any Shopify app. They have helped us develop custom workflows and solutions on multiple occasions. Highly recommended!

For anyone looking to automate processes this app will have you covered, if there is not a pre-built workflow the vast range of options to modify to your needs is superb.

Have used this app for a few years with no problems. Needed to change one of my workflows recently and Taras from support explained what i needed to do. Made a mistake entering the new settings and again support helped out and had the workflow up and running in a few minutes. Great customer service and would recommend!
