Have used this app for a few years with no problems. Needed to change one of my workflows recently and Taras from support explained what i needed to do. Made a mistake entering the new settings and again support helped out and had the workflow up and running in a few minutes. Great customer service and would recommend!

The app solved a problem we ended up having with Shopify's forced migration to Shopify checkout but not only that the support we received in troubleshooting Shopify data issues and helping us format the emails properly with metafields and Shopify variables was top notch. This app has been pivotal to our success as an online business. We sell classes so our setup is a little different than the typical store. React Flow has made it possible to run complex workflows off of custom Liquid code that no other flow app, including the build-in Shopify app, can do. It is very intuitive to use, and when I've needed support their online chat crew responded immediately and had advanced knowledge to help me debug. I would highly recommend this app.

This app has saved me time with workflows that help me keep track of where things are at! well worth it once you get the workflow correct.
The workflows can be very complex and they will work with you, keep in mind automation is not easy, but these guys make it less difficult!

This software was able to do things for us that Shopify flow could not. Works like a charm.

Only one problem, that If you have created a whole automation, you cannot change the trigger (the first point) and if you really must change the first trigger, you have to create a new flow. Other than that very good app.
Hi Toyabo, thank you very much for your review and feedback. We are going to release a solution to the problem that you described in one of the upcoming releases. As a workaround, I can offer you editing the trigger through exporting a workflow to a .json, editing it and importing it back as a new workflow. Please keep in mind that different triggers have different sets of actions/conditions, so they may have to be edited accordingly.

Works flawlessly. We use it to send reminders for orders that should be paid by bank deposit. And to automatically cancel and restock the order, if the customer did not pay nonetheless.

Much easier to use than any stock feature such as Shopify Flow. Customer Support can step in to assist with workflows that do not have a direct "path" using the interface.
