So far so good. It was a little hard to learn how the programming works so i just asked them through chat and they got what I needed going right away in real time. Seems like a really cool versatile tool that you can use to automate all sorts of actions - it's like an IFTTT tool that works within the Shopify ecosystem.
We wanted it to auto-fulfill our digital products that don't need shipping.
