The app solved a problem we ended up having with Shopify's forced migration to Shopify checkout but not only that the support we received in troubleshooting Shopify data issues and helping us format the emails properly with metafields and Shopify variables was top notch. So far so good. It was a little hard to learn how the programming works so i just asked them through chat and they got what I needed going right away in real time. Seems like a really cool versatile tool that you can use to automate all sorts of actions - it's like an IFTTT tool that works within the Shopify ecosystem.
We wanted it to auto-fulfill our digital products that don't need shipping.

I wanted a flow to be able to tag new orders with product sku(s), wasn't possible. I contacted support and within a day they custom made the flow for me. Amazing support!!!
