React Flow is far better and easier to use than Shopify's own FLOW app. React Flow is better featured (and that's already at the free level) for all the simple things one needs done. The support from Aleksandr from DevIT.Software, was awesome. He was fast, highly knowledgeable, and super patient. He created a template automation for me to import and test and tweak as required.

One of the teams reps, Sergey was great at walking us through a very specific use-case scenario while we were deciding if this was the app for us. The entire team was very responsive, helpful and quick to offer new solutions (including adding custom conditions and variables that weren't yet built into the defaults).

Customer Service is amazing and the App works perfect. Serious that actually deliver what they promise. Had them automatically add subscribe to marketing for customers who enter our system through another app. Also delete customer tags when not in use to keep our tags clean.

I'm not the most tech savvy but when I needed an automatic email placed, I used the chat feature. Aleksandr made the flow for me and all I had to do was import it. So easy!

Wow, I am actually blown away by how much more intuitive React Flow is compared to other automation apps. The team is very responsive and was able to help me create a custom flow for taking in REPAIRS which I noticed no other Apps have tackled this issue. Very impressed and will continue to play around with it, but overall it requires very minimal technical knowledge which is also a huge advantage. Other apps have a steep learning curve and basically requires you to learn coding, but not React. React has the developers and you just need to click a few buttons and drag and drop. Amazing app, highly suggest!

The app is fantastic and so is the customer service. Everyone is extremely polite and helpful. When they found an area of improvement, they made the update in just a matter of days and let me know when it was ready to go. I'm using this app to transfer Cart Attributes/Order Notes to Order Metafields. So far, this is the only free app that will let customers do that, and it's so much easier to do than in any of the paid apps!

I've been using React Flow for my Shopify store, and it has completely exceeded my expectations. The app's functionality is outstanding, offering an intuitive design that streamlines my workflow and simplifies complex tasks. This app has helped us in automating some otherwise very tedious manual tasks. We still need to perfect some details but their tech support has also been very helpful in trying to figure things out along side our team.
