This is the best app ever! I have it installed in both of my two online stores. It's really addictive! It gives you full insight of the visitors in your store: where they come from, how long they spend in your store, and which products they are looking at. Plus live sales!!! The app has worked seamlessly! Even better, its accuracy helped me troubleshoot issues on my shopify site that I would have never seen. For example, I knew I had cart abandoners, but they weren't anywhere in my shopify reporting. Low and behold, it was a small shopify setting I had to switch in the checkout.
