Et meme pire j'ai perdu de l'argent avec cette APP , a chaque fois que je l'active cela perturbe les clients qui ne reçoivent pas leur code promo ....

Just started using this app on my shop which is not live yet.
Many features are available, I didn't test everything yet but these are different ways to get subscribers for sure...
The support was really responsive and helped me to complete the app translation. Great experience so far !
We installed this app because of the integrations between Loox and Wheelio - both apps we have used in the past and currently use.
Before this app we had another Facebook Abandoned Cart App.
When installing the different categories in this app to our site the code through off our layout in a very bad way, extending our page width - making our cart and promo bar go off the side of mobile screens.
We contacted support about it through their chat in their dashboard - which was recommended by them. It took a full day to get a response for every single time we communicated with them.
Finally we told them to email us so we could maintain a conversation and get the issue solved.
The customer service rep assigned to us, Greg, then told us we needed to change our theme to fix the issue. This made absolutely no sense as we have modified our theme for years for different apps to make sure things laid out the way we wanted them....
Told him this, then he responded another day later and asked access to the site. Now another day has gone by, they did not access the site to help and this issue has not been resolved.
As a new customer - the fact that it has taken literally 5 days to get this app setup and it's still not done is a complete joke. Customer service is not good.
We're a busy store and we would expect the initial setup to be accomodating for an issue that is very common with apps and easy to fix.
We'll update this review if the problem is actually solved.
Oh - and don't bother responding to the 20 spam emails they send pushing their products - the "CEO" will not respond and it won't speed anything up.

Even though we don't offer 24/7 our support, we'll do our best to speed up our response times further, thank you for letting us know.
However in the case of this issue, I believe our team responded within a couple of hours.
We've not logged into the admin, because after testing it from multiple accounts we were not able replicate said issue and have been waiting for a screenshot to verify it.
Please respond to our follow-up message in the in-app chat and we should sort this out soon enough. :)
