So simple. It shows that someone has recently bought an item from you. But you can also make a visitor counter popup, or inventory count, or countdown timer. It does what I needed it to do.

I had some doubts about the sale notifications and the support team helped me, very satisfied with the help (Chris in my case). I also asked if we could use the city or state for the title of the notifications but unfortunatedly they are still working on it. Hope to know when it is released!
