We love the features the app offers however their customer service could use some work. It takes far to long for a problem to be solved within their app. After our current issue was solved I have no issues with them.

We are slowly seeing some people click on them, but not sure if it is to close it or not. We haven't seen any sales from it yet.
how can i remove shopify ? coming in the URL ? after viewing the product ?

This is something beyond the scope of our app. You need to place URL redirect in Shopify admin panel or check with Shopify support to redirect shop.myshopify.com to yourdomain.com in order to sort this out.

i cant really state a honest review since it asks for a review before seeing what it looks like. i do see an account created which is not the one i created seems suspicious..
I cant make to make the pop-ups pop up... do thats the purpase of this app I supose :) Can someone help?

Not clear on how to set it up. It would be a 5 star if the instructions to setting up were more clear and easy to use.
Impressive user interface and nice customization options. Worked immediately. Does not currently have all of the features advertised and every time a user goes to a new page the sales pop ups repeat from the beginning unless you choose the random pop-up option.
Would like to see the app remember what notifications it's shown the customer so far so the customer doesn't see the same thing over and over again as they browse the site.
Thank you for sharing the honest review. The app is designed to show the recent sales notifications however, as you said “random pop-up option” is available if store owner wants to avoid repetition and show different popups. As advertised, countdown features are coming soon and currently available for selected beta users only.

Iv only just added it. Have some new releases later next month that I’ll test it out on! So far other reviews have been good so I’m optimistic
