ReConvert Upsell App & Bundles

I really like this app. It's unique, and does its job well. Also the customer service was faster than I expected. They were very good with quickly getting back to me and instantly fixing what I wanted done. They were also good with clarification and honesty on stuff they could not fix. I'll definitely be continuing to use them in the future. They are apart of my "must-have" apps list. Update* After using their store for another 2 years after that first review, I just added them to a new store I'm having built. True to my word, this app is one of those must-have/will always add apps to my stores!

I've used many post-purchase apps before and can't recommend this particular one enough. It's Ahhh-mazing! Lots of widgets that are very easy to customize, and you can segment as much as you want (for example first time customers see a different page than a returning customer, which is a game-changer). It also integrates directly with many other apps I care about such as Klaviyo (collects birthdays and I can send out a birthday email flow through Klaviyo automatically). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. and the support team is always there and very knowledgeable. I don't get "generic" canned responses. I usually get an ACTUAL real person who can help and is very knowledgeable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

This is a very well thought out and conceived app designed to do one thing, help you sell more to your customers post-purchase. We all know retaining an existing customer is easier than finding new customers and this app can really help with that.

Most importantly it does what it says. I installed this app last week and am already seeing a few customers taking advantage of the post-purchase upset offers.

- None to speak of.

Neutral:
- Because there are so many customizations it can take a while to explore all the options and configure everything. It is worth the effort as you can do it once and forget about it... or change offers each month/quarter if you like.
