I was searching for an app for post purchase customer surveys, this is the only one with post purchase survey that seamlessly integrates to my Shopify store and not presented as an external form. I fell in love with it, I didn't know there is so much potential in the order status page haha the thank you popup upsell and the customer birthday collector are amazing! I never thought of these features. Thank you guys!

Set up my thank you page recently and thanks to this app my customers are now able to track their package there so now i get way less emails asking where there package is at. Also the popup widget feature converts well (about 4% conversion rate so far). Overall it def pays off. The only downside I noticed is that it takes about a second to load all that and it won't work at all in certain countries (100% works in America and Canada)
