I have been really blown away by the Reconvert app. They were the first Shopify app to allow custom Thank You pages for different products. This is a neat feature in addition to their focus on getting an upsell after the 1st purchase with Thank you page changes. Support was also very helpful for getting our initial workflow setup. Thank you

I was finally getting ready to set up ReConvert on my store, but had a couple of questions. So I jumped on chat, and was lucky enough to have Alex show up to help me.
He went way above and beyond, helping me get a couple of funnels rolling, making recommendations, and helping me every step of the way to make sure ReConvert was properly set up to work best for my store.
I'm excited to see what it'll do, but have complete confidence going forward based on the service and expertise that was provided.

The app adds a lot of value, and for the most part, I am very happy with it.
However recently I have not been able to edit the thank you pages. The first time I contacted support they solved the issue within the day, 1 week later the same issue happened again. I reached out to support and it has been 7 days with no updates, and I am unable to make the changes I need to optimize and generate more revenue.
