[UPDATED REVIEW] Changed my review to 3 stars because they were not transparent about the pricing until I needed to upgrade. They are now both charging a monthly fee AND taking a percentage from my sales after $300 which is outrageous. I'm so sick and tired of everyone taking fees from small business owners without any thought as to how this adds up in the long run. Either charge a monthly fee that covers your costs OR take a percentage. Quit being greedy and trying to take a chunk of money that you did not earn. [INITIAL REVIEW] Excellent customer service, great pricing setup, I'm just about to launch my first subscription and it was super easy to setup with the Live Chat agent being awfully helpful (and funny too)! Would recommend.

Updated Review: Thanks for updating the pricing plan description to "Free Plan Available." Updated to 3 Stars now that pricing is more transparent.

Prior Review: NOT FREE. It *should* read "free plan available." Not price competitive with other comparable apps once it's not free.

Also, it doesn't update with theme updates. And didn't notify me when it fell off.

Despite the frustration, I gave the second star because support is super helpful.
