The app itself is very easy to use and is very straight forward. In the midst of using it, I ran into a couple of technical problems. So I reached out to customer service, and they were more than helpful! They spent hours and days, fixing the problems and making sure that everything's working smoothly. And now, it's one of the best apps I'm using :)

This app works well to manage my weekly subscribers and choosing delivery dates with the Order Delivery Date app too. The app still needs some work, but I have been happy with the new customer service team - they were very responsive to my requests and fixed things quickly when they stopped working.

My experience with it thus far has been very positive. My biggest heads up is if you change themes you'll need to go back in and reactivate it, even if it was working in previous themes.

Customer Support has also been very friendly and helpful resolving any issues that I have had.

I have been using the Casa subscription for a few days now, and I have been very impressed with the support team. I have had a few issues, but they have always been resolved quickly and efficiently. The representatives are always friendly and helpful, and they go out of their way to make sure I am satisfied. I would definitely recommend the Casa support team to anyone who is looking for great customer service.

Easy to set up and the virtual assistant was very helpful when I had problems during the set up. I am looking forward to seeing how many customers decide to use this feature. Other options I have looked at for setting up a subscription were very complicated, and this app took all of that stress away. I would definitely recommend, thank you :)
