I received great customer support in setting up this app. We had several calls and chats and the team was able to go into my shopify website and make alterations to allow the app to function optimally. I'm excited to start using it!

App still loading but support stayed with me from google meet with no camera or mic and finished in chat after he did research to make sure we got the information right. Great Support.

There are definitely some areas of improvement Casa Subscriptions could have. I offer produce subscription boxes and my customers need to be able to add and delete additional items they would like to purchase each order. Subscription should repeat based on the delivery date, not the date they started. We should have the option to charge a customer in advance vs the day of the delivery. I modify the customers next billing date as soon as they sign up so they know when their order ill arrive, but i take the risk of not getting payment since its not paid before hand. Oh, and I am not sure if this is new or not, but I just saw there is now a 3% transaction fee. I am already paying almost 3% credit card fees and this jumps me to almost 6% in fees per transaction...

Easy set up and I had a customer service rep reach out to me to assist with the set up. The set up of the app was easy enough for me to walk through by myself, but she was able to check out my work and provide feedback.
