Redo has been building a ton of tools for Shopify that have quickly become best in class. We started with returns/exchanges, adding tracking, then their AI agents for marketing and commerce and looking forward to testing new solutions in future. REDO been an excellent choice for us. We're able to make the return process 10 times easier for our customers via their portal/label purchases whilst picking up package protection that can help offset the uprising freight costs. Support's been great via their app and their new team in Australia has been very helpful.
