Love the app and the customization options. They may be a little more expensive than some others, but if you're looking for a streamlined and hands-off approach to what redo does, they knock it out of the park. Their CS is pro-active and responsive, and they help out with a lot of other things that you may typically think are beyond the scope of what they do. Shout out to Spencer for going above and beyond on a specific customer service question I had.
Redo has helped us to be more efficient in not only shipping, but with our customers directly. We have better conversions, and better exchanges vs returns for refunds only. Peter has been a huge help!
So far so good with redo on easy return portals but the true star of the show is their engineer team! We had an issue that was pointing to a syntax error with the Redo app causing a crash on our site but it wound up being a different app on our site and Redo's engineers pinpointed that it was not Redo's app causing the issues and clarified and fixed the situation that was not even their problem! We were originally hesitant to use the "free platform" but it's truly free to Shopify Store owners and the service has been absolutely nothing short of fantastic!
