I can't explain how much help Redo has been! We recently worked with Alec thinking something was wrong with our site, it had nothing to do with Redo yet he still helped us out anyways and got our site working great! have been using redo for almost 3 years and for the most part it's been great. there are occasional updates/bugs that are frustrating but once I'm able to connect to the actual CX rep (not the AI) they are usually quick to help
Redo has been great for us! We started using it for returns and exchanges because we love the$1.99 risk free buy and try option (and our customers do too)
We now use them for so many more things, such as customer service, shipping, order confirmation emails and much more. Even if the Redo team does not have the solution right away for us, they always put in a ticket with their engineering team to make sure things work properly for us which we really appreciate.
