I can't explain how much help Redo has been! We recently worked with Alec thinking something was wrong with our site, it had nothing to do with Redo yet he still helped us out anyways and got our site working great! We love Redo and everything it has to offer and how kind and hard working there team is and how willing they are to help no matter what! Thank you Alec for all of your help!
have been using redo for almost 3 years and for the most part it's been great. there are occasional updates/bugs that are frustrating but once I'm able to connect to the actual CX rep (not the AI) they are usually quick to help
We use ReDo across several aspects of our business including Returns, Customer Support and Checkout Conversion testing. ReDo team is very responsive and always available to support with any issues. Elijah from their support team is an all-star.
Mason from the Redo support team was incredibly helpful when we were migrating our email list from Klaviyo. He jumped into the chat fast and got everything sorted quickly. The app itself has been great for our Shopify store — handles returns, email marketing, and more all in one place. Highly recommend!
Redo has been great for us! We started using it for returns and exchanges because we love the$1.99 risk free buy and try option (and our customers do too)
We now use them for so many more things, such as customer service, shipping, order confirmation emails and much more. Even if the Redo team does not have the solution right away for us, they always put in a ticket with their engineering team to make sure things work properly for us which we really appreciate.
Redo has been a huge help for our business, but what really stood out was their customer service team. Their support department genuinely saved us when we needed help last minute. They took the time to jump on a call, screen share, and walk us through everything instead of just sending a generic response or leaving us to figure it out on our own.
That level of support is rare, especially when you’re dealing with something time-sensitive on a live Shopify store. The team was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. We’re really grateful for the way they showed up for us when it mattered. Highly recommend Redo, not just for the app itself, but for the people behind it.

Quick shoutout to Mason — ran into an issue right before a sale launch today and he hopped on a call immediately. No ticket queue, no "we'll get back to you." Just fixed it. That kind of responsiveness is rare and genuinely makes a difference when you're under the gun.

REDO has made my job so much easier managing orders and returns. Very rarely is there an issue with the system, but when there is, their online support team is quick to help look into it and resolve any problems. Great customer service and the application itself is very easy and straightforward to use.
