We’ve been using Redo for a long time now, and it has become one of the most valuable partners in our entire tech stack! What started as a solution for returns and exchanges has grown into so much more. Redo now helps us with order fulfillment, cart optimization, post-purchase upsells, A/B testing and overall checkout strategy...plus more. Every single piece has made a measurable impact on both our customer experience and our revenue!
Their returns and exchange portal is seamless for our customers and has cut down so much of the back-and-forth with support. Fulfillment is smoother, faster, and more accurate. And the Checkout Optimization team (shoutout to Grant!) has been incredible. They’re proactive, they explain things in plain language, and they consistently bring ideas that actually help.
We love the way their post-purchase upsells integrate so naturally into our flow. It truly feels like bonus revenue without interrupting the customer journey. The A/B testing tools are easy to use and have helped us make data-backed decisions instead of guessing. The ongoing optimization support is unmatched.

We've been using this service for a while now, and while there are occasional hiccups, their support team truly stands out. Most recently, Will helped me out and I have to say he was extremely helpful. He responded quickly to resolve the issue in no time. Their fast response times and proactive approach make all the difference, ensuring that any problems are addressed swiftly. It's comforting to know that even when things don’t go perfectly, their team (including Will) are there to get things back on track quickly. Highly recommend for dependable support and excellent customer service!
We've been working very closely with Redo on growing our brand image and ensuring our customers have a good experience, specifically with returns and package protection. They have allowed us the ability, as a smaller business, to ensure our customers are getting a returns experience that is fast and convenient; something we definitely couldn't offer on our own. We also started using their SMS tool as we expanded into marketing, and it has been such a relief having everything in one easy, all-in-one platform.
The Redo tools are simple to use, free to get started, and makes managing so many moving pieces feel way less overwhelming!
The best of it all is their dedicated support team. We have been thankful to work with Austin P., Dominic, Jackson, Austin N., and Alexis, they are truly amazing and have always been so helpful in making us feel supported.

There are so many things about the REDO platform and the REDO people that I want to brag about but not enough space here. So Here are some highlights: After we switched to REDo returns, we never heard peep from customers regarding returns. It is that easy, complete and feature rich that customer no longer feel the need to reach out to us for manual help. Order Management - wow. Everything we could ask for and more - and they are still building out features. And Customer Support platform - good, but with their Ai agent, concierge and other AI features - unstoppable. It has save us an insane amount of man hours and continues to evolve as we teach the AI more and more. We have had customers comment about how good the AI is many times. The integration all around with Shopify makes like so much easier for us. I can't say enough positive about REDO. We are raving fans for sure.

Not only is the app itself very helpful at streamlining our returns and exchange process, the customer service for us the business owner is exceptional! I love that I can always chat with a real person that will approach my situation with a hands on attitude! Today Jacob helped me configure something on the back end of redo in just a few minutes! That in itself is gold for business owners!
Hands down the best customer service we have ever received from any saas company. We use Redo for returns, order tracking, fulfillment and customer support and having everything in one place is amazing and everything works as expected. Changing all of our systems in the same moth, hiccups and issues were expected…but Redo was there immediately to help get through even the smallest issues. 10 out of 10 will use redo again.
Redo has been a game changer for returns and customer service. The system is easy to use, and allows me to provide a great experience for our customers. Cade was super helpful when I needed some extra information, and got me what I needed quickly. All in all it's a fabulous program.
