Been using Redo the past two months. Easy set-up. Attentive staff. Seamless experience. To our happy surprise, most of our shoppers opt-in for the package-protection plan because it averages to only about $1.50 - $2.00 extra for the customer. The peace-of-mind it brings is worth the cost and the value it offers. Process is smooth and friction-less. Helps our brand's identity as well, by offering such value at a small cost. Redo has been a game-changer for us. We initially used it just for returns, which instantly streamlined our process, then expanded to their AI chat and marketing tools. The "Ask Redo" feature is super helpful, but if you need additional help, their team is incredibly quick to respond. We run three Shopify stores daily and truly can't imagine operating without Redo!
