Redo has been a great tool for us! I have appreciated how supportive their whole team has been. They are effective problem solvers and are very quick to respond. Redo has been helpful at processing returns and repairs which had previously been a very time-consuming aspect of our customer service team.
I know our customer service team is pretty happy with Redo for returns, but I mainly oversee the fulfillment operations and we recently switched our shipping platform to Redo from Shipstation. There have been a few challenges with the Netsuite Integration (like always) but Redo has really gone above and beyond to make sure their platform fits our needs...even building custom features for us that weren't offered out of the box for, at no extra charge, so it feels like we are getting a custom built software. They seem to be growing more robust by the day and I'm sure more features will be coming.
Redo has become such a valuable part of how we care for our customers. From returns and shipping to picking orders and everyday customer service, it keeps things simple, organized, and easy for our team.
What really stands out is the people behind it. Their support is truly 10/10. They’re quick to respond, helpful, and constantly improving the platform. If we ever run into an issue, we know their team will work with us to get it resolved.
